How it works

01

Launch

After this, every best-seller has a dedicated landing page that ranks.

Dedicated pages built to outrank VDPs and convert buyers.

What’s included

Analyze

After this, you know which models have search demand and no ranking page.

Search demand scored per model. Top priorities identified.

Refresh

After this, new model year pages go live before your competitors'.

New model year pages published before your competitors.

Lineup Analysis

We start by mapping your full vehicle lineup against buyer search behavior in your market. Which models have the highest search volume? Which ones have the weakest competition?

For an Acura dealer, that means discovering the MDX has 3x the search volume of the RDX in your DMA — but zero dealers have a dedicated page ranking for it.

Your model page rollout is prioritized by opportunity, not alphabetical order.

  • Full lineup search analysis
  • Model-level volume data
  • Competitive gap scoring
  • Prioritized build schedule

Custom Content Creation

Each model page gets 1,200-1,800 words of locally-optimized content. Trim breakdowns, feature highlights, financing context, and buyer-focused FAQs. No OEM boilerplate.

A 2026 CR-V page includes EX vs. EX-L vs. Sport Touring comparisons, local lease context, and answers to the exact questions buyers ask before visiting.

This is the content that makes Google choose your page over 10,000 identical VDPs from other Honda dealers.

  • 1,200-1,800 words per model
  • Trim-level breakdowns
  • Local pricing context
  • Buyer FAQ sections

Vehicle Schema Markup

Vehicle schema surfaces pricing, availability, and model details directly in Google search results. Buyers see your data before they click.

We deploy Vehicle, FAQ, and LocalBusiness schema on every model page. This structured data drives rich results and gives AI platforms the signals they need to cite your store.

Schema isn't optional anymore. It's the difference between a blue link and a rich result with pricing and ratings.

  • Vehicle schema deployment
  • FAQ schema markup
  • LocalBusiness integration
  • Rich result eligibility

Conversion Optimization

Ranking is half the battle. The page also has to convert. We place CTAs strategically based on where buyers are in their decision process.

Top of page: schedule a test drive. After trim comparisons: get a quote. After financing section: check available inventory. Each CTA matches the buyer's mindset at that point.

Our model pages average 3.2% conversion rates. Generic VDPs average 0.8-1.2%.

  • Strategic CTA placement
  • A/B testable elements
  • Mobile-optimized forms
  • Click-to-call integration

Local Market Targeting

Every model page includes geo-specific content. DMA references. Nearby city mentions. Location-specific schema markup that connects the model to your market.

When someone searches '2026 Civic lease deals in [your city],' Google needs local signals to know your page is relevant. We build those signals into every page.

Model pages aren't national content. They're local assets targeting buyers in your specific market.

  • DMA-specific content
  • City references
  • Geo-modified keyword targeting
  • Location schema markup

Model Year Updates

When new model years launch, we update existing pages and create new ones as needed. Content refreshes happen automatically — you don't need to request them.

Trim information, pricing context, and comparison data are updated throughout the year as OEMs release changes.

Your model pages stay current while competitors' stale VDPs fall further behind.

  • Annual model year updates
  • Mid-year trim refreshes
  • Pricing context updates
  • Comparison data maintenance

Why choose AutomotiveSEO for Model Landing Pages?

500+ Pages Built

Civic, CR-V, Tahoe, 4Runner, X5 — we've written model pages for every major nameplate. We know what trim-level content converts because we've tested it across hundreds of stores.

VDPs Can't Compete

Your platform's auto-generated pages have 50 words and a stock photo. Ours have 1,500 words of locally-optimized content, trim comparisons, and FAQ schema. Google picks the page with substance.

Updated Every Model Year

When new models launch, we update automatically. Trim changes, pricing shifts, comparison data — your pages stay current while competitors run last year's content.

OEM Co-Op Eligible

Model pages qualify for co-op across multiple OEMs. We've helped dealers apply funding from Honda, Acura, Subaru, CDJR, and others. You may pay less than you think.

Common questions

How many model pages do I need?

One page per model in your lineup, at minimum. Most dealerships have 8-15 new models. We prioritize based on search volume and competitive opportunity — your highest-volume models get pages first. Depending on your plan, you receive 8-15 model landing pages per year, with new pages added as models launch or your lineup changes.

How are model pages different from my website's VDPs?

VDPs are inventory pages generated automatically by your website platform — they have a stock photo, a price, and minimal content. Model landing pages are custom content pages with 1,200-1,800 words of locally-optimized copy, trim comparisons, buyer FAQs, structured schema, and conversion CTAs. VDPs display inventory. Model pages rank and convert.

Will model pages conflict with my website platform?

No. Model pages complement your existing website — they don't replace your VDPs or conflict with your inventory feed. We build them as standalone content pages that link to your VDPs for inventory-specific actions. We work alongside Dealer.com, DealerOn, DealerInspire, Sincro, and every other major platform.

How long until model pages start ranking?

Most model pages reach page one for their primary target keywords within 60-90 days. High-competition markets may take slightly longer. We track rankings daily and optimize pages that aren't hitting targets. Because model pages build on your existing domain authority, they often rank faster than you'd expect.

Do you update model pages when new model years launch?

Yes. When new model years are announced, we update existing pages and create new ones as needed. Content refreshes happen automatically as part of your plan — you don't need to request them. We also update trim information, pricing context, and comparison data as it changes throughout the year.
